Arbitration: Any and all disputes, demands, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to product/service purchased from Residency-Match, shall be settled by binding arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. All costs of the arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties, and they shall be responsible for their own attorney’s fees. Any arbitration between the parties shall take place in the city of Atlanta, GA where Aroah LLC is located.

13. Prices/Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

14. Any promotions, surveys or limited-time offers may be terminated at any time at Residency-Match.com's/Aroah LLC's  discretion. The Disclaimer and Terms of Use apply to any promotions, surveys or limited-time offers as well.

15. Sites Linked From the Residency-Match.com Web site: The sites linked from the Residency-Match.com Web site are not under Residency-Match.com's control and are services of the listed sites/sites owners/independent organizations. You are responsible for the use of those services. The site/organization you select is solely responsible for its services to you, the user.
